Fortune Seeker
Quick wit and world knowledge — sow vexation, stack the odds.
The Fortune Seeker has managed to survive through quick wit and use of his world knowledge. Many of his abilities will earn him Vex Counters, which represent the general confusion and dissent the Fortune Seeker has sown on the battlefield. Fortune Seeker will benefit from a high INT, and is adept at applying debuffs and disadvantages to foes, generally improving his allies' combat effectiveness.

Any time you use a non-passive Fortune Seeker ability, you gain a stack.

Basic Abilities
May be purchased using talent points in any order.

Insult
Skilled in the use of witty banter, the Fortune Seeker hurls insults at an enemy. 60 Foot Range. The enemy suffers a penalty to Attack of INT Mod for 1 round.

Boast
The Fortune Seeker boasts of his companions' feats in such a suave and cosmopolitan way that the enemy begins to doubt their ability to defend against them. All enemies within 30 feet of the Fortune Seeker suffer a penalty to their Defense equal to the Fortune Seeker's INT mod for 1 round.

Easing the Badger
The Fortune Seeker so insults, confuses and provokes his enemies with his powers of speech that they are slightly distracted from their current foes. All enemies within 30 feet of the Fortune Seeker suffer −[INT Mod] to Attack for 1 round.

Underwhelm
The Fortune Seeker begins babbling incessantly, proving that the battle has been too much for him and that the enemies' time is probably best spent on other targets. You are not able to be targeted by enemies until you take an action that requires an attack roll, or until you are the only threat.

Distract
The Fortune Seeker yells "wait wait WAIT!". 60 Foot Range. The enemy makes a Will Save: DC is [HAB + Int Mod], or they are unable to make a move action for one turn.

Chicanery
The Fortune Seeker delivers an obnoxious Verbal Assault so personal and horrifying to an enemy that their combat prowess suffers. Adjust the roll of any enemy's last 20-sided attack die roll by X. This must be done before any damage is assigned.

Startle
The Fortune Seeker accompanies his attack with a staggering bellow in an attempt to discombobulate his opponent. If the Fortune Seeker attacks an enemy in melee range this turn and is successful, the enemy loses X standard action(s) on his next turn.

Loquacious to a Fault
The Fortune Seeker delivers an incredibly moving speech about the benefits of peace in wartime, the argument for free markets, the strategies of street fighting (and/or etc.). His booming voice has a range of 60 ft. Affected enemies must be at least 1 elevation lower than the Fortune Seeker, and not on the other side of a wall. Affected enemies make a Will Saving throw, where the DC is the Fortune Seeker's [HAB + INT]. If they fail, they lose a standard action on their next turn.

Panache
The Fortune Seeker draws attention to himself in order to perform his next daring attack. His enemies are stunned by his awesomeness. "Hey everyone! Come and see how good I look!" Make a Standard Attack Action at + HAB and subtract HAB from damage. If successful, this attack is so impressive LOOKING that all enemies within 30 feet are at +1 Disadvantage against the Fortune Seeker for two rounds.

Add Injury to Insult
The only thing sharper than a Fortune Seeker's quick witted insult is his blade directly on its heels. Your next AoO is made with double his HAB. If this enhanced attack is successful, the enemy is stunned for 1 round.

Wheedle
You are so silver-tongued you force an opponent to second guess himself. You may force any one enemy to reroll a throw of a 20-sided die. This could be an attack roll, or a saving throw.
Daily Abilities
Once per in-game day (dawn to dawn).

Conscript
Between your constant verbal onslaught and battle prowess, you convince a wounded foe it's in their best interest to switch to your side. Force an enemy you have attacked that has less HP than you to join your side unless they pass a Will Save: DC is HAB + [Int Mod]. You control them for 1D4 rounds before they simply flee. They have one Standard Attack Action and one Standard Move Action.
